Es Trenc is the beach that shows up in every Mallorca-vs-Caribbean side by side. Rightly so — the sand is really white and fine, the water shallow and clear, and the dunes are protected which is why no hotel sits right on the beach. Parking is 12-15 euros at the main Ses Covetes entrance, and in July/August parking is the actual problem. May and October on the other hand: empty lots, 22-degree water, no beach club noise. Bring: sun umbrella (no shade), water, beach shoes (the entry is partly shelly).
